Together, we’ll dive into the art of braiding, and you’ll learn how to create a loaf that’s not only delicious, but truly unforgettable. Turning the process into something natural, mindful, and deeply rewarding.
This session is for beginners to experienced bakers, everyone will walk away with new techniques, fresh inspiration, and much joy!
In this session you’ll learn:
- How to make easy-to-handle dough for braiding each time.
- Ingredients: What to choose and why.
- Practical tips for dough proofing, what to do, and what not to do.
- Treating the dough properly during the process – Kneading, rolling, braiding.
- Baking best practices.
- Q&A during the session.
Braiding technique:
- Vortex design based on 5 braid technique (2 versions for beginners and & pro)
- Weaving with 5 – decorated with sesame seeds and a flower.
- Surprise: new design revealed during the session.
Practical Details
- The webinar is designed for observation. For those who wish, you’re welcome to prepare dough in advance and braid along with me during the session – this option is best suited for experienced bakers who work quickly.
- The recording will be available for 2 months (until November 30), allowing you to revisit the content, take notes, and practice at your own pace.
