4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

  • Prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) where required by law

4.2 Payment Methods

5. Cancellation Policy and Refunds

IN ACCORDANCE WITH ISRAELI CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW 5741-1981 AND THE CONSUMER PROTECTION REGULATIONS (CANCELLATION OF A TRANSACTION) 5771-2010:

5.1 General Cancellation Rights

As an Israeli consumer, you have the following cancellation rights:

5.1.1 Standard Cancellation Period

  • You may cancel any transaction within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase or from the date of receiving transaction confirmation, whichever is later
  • For Services with a specific start date, cancellation must be made at least fourteen (14) business days (excluding rest days) before the Service commencement date

5.1.2 Extended Rights for Protected Populations

If you are a senior citizen (age 65 or older), new immigrant (within 5 years of receiving immigration status), or person with disabilities as defined by Israeli law:

  • You may cancel within four (4) months from the transaction date or from receiving transaction details, whichever is later
  • This extended right applies only to transactions that included verbal or electronic communication with our representatives
  • We may require documentation to verify your status

5.2 Cancellation Fees

5.2.1 Standard Cancellation Fee

When exercising your statutory cancellation right, you wouldn’t be charged any cancellation fees.

5.3 Post-Service Commencement Cancellations

5.3.1 Courses and Multi-Session Events

  • If you cancel after a course or event has begun, you will be charged for sessions already provided
  • Remaining unused sessions will be refunded minus the applicable cancellation fee
  • No refund will be provided once more than 50% of the course content has been delivered

5.3.2 Live Events and Workshops

  • No refund will be provided if you cancel after the event has commenced
  • If you miss a live event due to technical issues on our end, we will provide a recording or reschedule when possible

5.4 How to Cancel

Cancellation notice must be provided in writing through one of the following methods:

Your cancellation notice must include:

  • Your full name and contact information
  • Transaction details (order number, date of purchase)
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)

5.5 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving your cancellation notice
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • You will receive written confirmation of the refund processing

5.6 Non-Refundable Services

The following Services cannot be cancelled or refunded:

  • Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed (as defined in the Computers Law 5755-1995)
  • Recordings or materials for which you have opened, downloaded, or accessed the original digital files
  • Perishable content such as live streams that have already occurred
  • Custom-made content created specifically for you after production has begun

6. Account Registration and Security

6.1 Account Creation

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain Services
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

6.2 Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
